Well, I should be more specific. With 1 light maneuver up and no optic fiber, the puppet looks for less than 70% HP before it cures you (or itself), prioritizing cures over status ailments because of the light maneuver. With Optic Fiber, it becomes 80%.
For the record, 2 lights = 80% minimum threshold without optic, 90% with. 3 = 90% for both (making 3 lights with optic fiber a wasted maneuver round).
Yeah, that's normal if you're under a certain HP threshold.
