Only lot if you can use it!

Riddle me this:

Me: NIN77 with Iga Kayhan
Him: NIN90 without Iga Kayhan

Who get's the NIN feet seals?

If I was NIN80 would you change your answer?

(this has not happened - it's hypothetical :D)

    I think I would allow both to lot.
    Leveling to 90 and getting AF3 is easy. Getting the seals is the harder part.

    no if nin80 answer would not change
    (unless one just recently got a Sh!t load of stuff from events)
