Still no token - Part 2

So, I just called SE again. I got straight through, which was nice. I gave them my POL ID and they told me (without security checks) that I had ordered the token on the 10th April and that it was shipped on 24th April so I should wait 4 weeks (10 more days). So it's 4 weeks from shipping now. Not 4 weeks from when you order. So was actually 6 weeks from when I ordered. 2 weeks -> 6 weeks. Quite a difference.

    Yep. I had the exact same message when I called them yesterday for the third time. Let's hope they actually show and aren't lurking on the floor of some warehouse somewhere because of crappy packaging!

    I got my token in 2 weeks, and so did Dhm.

    Apparently, it's not physically impossible for them to send a token in that time to a customer in Europe, so I wonder what's going on - and what's with the excuses? o_O;

    Especially with it almost being damned near required (or, more like the Mog Satchel) because of the number of drops...

    Aside from the obvious Mog Bonanza Marble benefits I REALLY want mine cos it's Sod's law that I'll lose my account the day before it comes...
