Finally got enough merit points for Burst II. Next I'm going to hit some easier ones: Lightning Magic Potency and Elemental Magic Skill. I'll do a couple on each of those and then start on Freeze II and Ice. Not having Blizzaga III lowers my priority on Ice for now.

idk about the BurstII tho. When it came out I was finishing INT. I always advise new BLMs to avoid AMII till they've put it into something beneficial elsewhere. Till this day I haven't used FreezeII or BurstII much.
